堆叠:臂部和肩部叠在山下面脚上边的通常身材资式
Lead Change: When the body isstackedproperly over the downhill foot the uphill knee naturallyadvances forward. Theleading knee changes as the weight shiftsonto the new downhill ski
鼓励改换:当全身合适叠在半山腰面脚的左下方时,山中腿的膝盖是天然前出的。跟随平衡位置更改到新的半山腰面板时,鼓励膝盖也突发了变迁。
Transitions: The weight shifts fromdownhill ski to the new downhill ski using lead change with out upweighting anddown weighting.
更换:进行指引更改将中心从山脚板转出到新的山脚板上,并没有中心的左右两手机端。
Knee Roll: As the weight shifts ontothe newski the knees roll into the angle of the new turn.
膝盖翻转:近年来核心点移到新的雪板上,膝盖翻转到第七个旋转的维度。
Knee Angle: The ski is put on edgewith kneeangle not hip angle. This allows the knees to bend freelyup and down.
膝盖的视角来:雪板要放入膝盖的的视角来而没有臂部的的视角来。这般能使膝盖自由自在的两排打弯。
Weight Shift: The body should be ina nonbanked stance. The shoulders should always stay over thedownhill ski.
支撑点运动:体内保持某种非堆叠的资式。肩部必要要不断是在半山腰板的上端。
Shin Pressure: Shin pressure shouldbemaintained at all times on the front of the boot.
胫骨压:某些的时候肯定要始终维持对雪鞋最前沿的胫骨压。
NonBraced Stance: To increasesensitivityand free range of motion the body should not be bracingagainst it self in anyway.
非紧绷着的姿勢:为了能让增长神经敏感度和做拉伸动作的位置,身上不是紧绷着。
Center of Mass: The center of masswhich isjust below the belly button should always be projectingdown the hill.
机体上公司:机体上公司是坐落在肚脐眼右上方的选址,可能一直以来都开始向着山下面。
Parallel Shafts: The legs shouldcreateparallel shafts under the center of mass with the uphill skiand the down hillski tracking together.
成水平线线的轴:两腿和2个雪板在全身中心的下方留言板上实现一前一后成水平线线的轴,山头板和山脚下板的痕迹要不符。
Opposing Hip Drive: The uphill hipshoulddrive down the fall line.
单向臂部推动:山头侧的臂部要驱向滚落线。(那句话话比较简单,现场中该为什么谅解?)
Turn Placement: Turning happens onthe topand backside of the moguls.
驻车制动的具体位置:驻车制动要在包的上端和背脊。

Foot Containment: As the knees bendandabsorb the feet pull back underneath the center of mass to keepthe body stackedproperly.

Reverse Bicycle: The motion offootcontainment is similar to pedaling a bike backwards

Center of Mass Moving Through:Whenabsorbing and extending the center of mass should always be movingdown thefall line.

Punch: The tips of the skis shouldpushpowerfully down the backside of each mogul. The legs extendfor the next mogulin an aligned position.

Release: The body should be instackedposition when the skis make contact with the face of themogul so that tensioncan be released in the legs allowing theknees to absorb the mogul.

闪避/自主的:RyanRiley有的是个较闪避一项的运动员,他总是能做到1个有效的全身的姿势嫁给去很松懈。Shupletsov有的是个较自主的的运动员,他在滑雪场时有大的膝盖多角度和获取,嫁给去他能更自主的的将膝盖拉离开全身重点的左下角。
Anticipation: Setting up the bodyinto astacked position early in the extension process so that thelegs are able torelease the second the tip makes contact with themogul.
预置:在伸展的过程中就先将自身因素成堆叠的姿势图,那样当板头碰触雪包后时腿就都可以保持。
Pre Jumping: Prejumping the face ofthemogul pumping with heavy contact on the backside. This is atechnique to gainspeed in the moguls.
推后跳:推后从包脸跳起后各种的飞到包背。这些是另外一种滑猫跳时提供访问速度的水平。
Effective Range: The range of motionusedwhen the knees move up and down. The range can be adjustedaccording to the sizeof the moguls and the pitch of theterrain.
更好标准:膝盖住下沉动的标准。这样的标准还可以按照包的多少和排距来调正。
